Martin Koopman names 22-man Hearts of Oak squad to face Karela United in Tamale

Accra Hearts of Oak is en route to Tamale for their upcoming clash against Karela United scheduled for Saturday, November 4th, 2023, at the Aliu Mahama Sports Stadium.

Coach Martin has selected a 22-man squad for this journey, and the team, along with technical staff, departed from Accra on Thursday night. Upon their arrival this morning, they will have a brief rest before conducting an evening training session in preparation for the game.

During Week Eight of the 2023/24 Ghana Premier League, Accra Hearts of Oak triumphed over the 2022/23 league champions, Medeama SC, with a score of 3-1 at the Accra Sports Stadium. This victory came after the Phobians had experienced four winless matches.

Now positioned 13th with nine points and one outstanding match, Hearts of Oak aims to secure another three points in the upcoming match against Karela United. The game is set to kick off at 15:00 GMT on Saturday at the Aliu Mahama Sports Stadium.

Here is the list of the 22 players who will travel to Tamale for the Karela United encounter:
