Ghanaian international Mohammed Kudus expressed his joy after playing a pivotal role in West Ham United’s convincing 3-0 victory over Wolverhampton Wanderers in the Premier League.
The dynamic midfielder, representing the Black Stars, played for 87 minutes and showcased his prowess with a remarkable double within a span of 10 minutes during the thrilling encounter at the London Stadium.
Kudus opened the scoring in the 22nd minute and secured his brace in the 32nd minute, both goals orchestrated by the skillful Lucas Paquetá. Jarrod Bowen added to the triumph with another goal, securing the three points for David Moyes’ side.
Addressing the fans, Kudus expressed his happiness, saying, “Hi fans, I’m very happy for us to get the three points today. Come on Iron, we focus on the next game.”
Remarkably, Kudus now holds the record as the fastest player to score a brace in a Premier League game at the London Stadium. Since his summer move from Ajax, he has tallied five goals in the Premiership and eight in all competitions.
