Nations Football Club head coach, Kasim Mingle Ocansey, has declared his team’s intention to fight for the Ghana Premier League title until the season’s end.
Following their 1-0 victory over Accra Lions in the Week 30 fixture, Coach Kasim Mingle emphasized their commitment in a post-match interview with StarTimes. “We have 15 points left and the team leading has seven points difference so it’s not over until it’s over,” he stated, underlining their determination to contest every remaining point in the campaign.
This crucial win keeps Nations FC in second place on the league table, just four points adrift of leaders Samartex FC.
Looking ahead, Coach Mingle anticipates a challenging encounter against Aduana Stars in Week 31. “It’s going to be an interesting game. Very interesting. We take it match after match so when we get to that match we will talk about it,” he said, reflecting his cautious optimism and focus on the immediate task at hand.
