German-born Ghanaian striker Ragnar Ache made a successful comeback from injury, scoring a crucial equalizer for FC Kaiserslautern in their 2-2 draw against Greuther Fürth.

Ache, who has been dealing with minor injuries for several months, was substituted in during the 73rd minute and scored just ten minutes later, securing a vital point for his team. This match saw a similar pattern to their previous one, with Daniel Hanslik having leveled the score before halftime, paving the way for Ache’s decisive goal.

“It’s a great feeling to come back from an injury and score a goal. And then an important goal in front of the West Curve – that’s a great feeling,” Ache said, expressing his delight after the game.

Despite his positive performance, Ache acknowledged the need for further improvement in his fitness. “Shortly after the training camp, I felt much better. Today I was able to play for 20 minutes, and I think it will stay that way for now. I have to get back into shape now,” he noted, reflecting on his recovery process.
