Karela United has officially announced the signing of Hearts of Oak attacker Benjamin York, as part of their efforts to strengthen the squad ahead of the upcoming 2024/25 Ghana Premier League season.
The club confirmed the acquisition on Friday, August 23, expressing confidence in York’s abilities.
In a statement, Karela United highlighted York’s skills, speed, and determination as key attributes that will enhance the team’s performance on the pitch. “We’re thrilled to announce the arrival of Benjamin York to our squad! This talented striker joins us from Hearts of Oak and brings a wealth of skills, speed, and determination to the pitch,” the club announced.
Karela United is also expected to make a few more signings before the season kicks off, with all new players required to be registered by Monday, August 26.
