Elite Ghanaian coach Yussif Basigi has shared his main objective at his new club, Simba Queens, after being officially unveiled as their head coach. The former Hasaacas Ladies boss is taking on a new challenge in Tanzania, with clear goals set by the club.

In an interview, Coach Yussif Basigi revealed that his primary target is to lead Simba Queens to a league triumph. “My target is to win the [Tanzanian Women’s] league with Simba Queens before thinking about the African Champions League,” he said, as quoted by GHOne Sports.

Coach Basigi also spoke about the differences between his former club, Hasaacas Ladies, and Simba Queens, highlighting the resources available to him at his new club. “I had to improvise with Hasaacas, but Simba Queens has almost everything in terms of facilities, so I will need them to be professional,” he explained.

With Simba Queens offering top-notch facilities, Coach Basigi is optimistic about raising the team’s standards and achieving success. His vast coaching experience has many believing that he is well-positioned to deliver positive results.

As the new chapter begins for the tactician, expectations are high that he will guide Simba Queens to new heights in both domestic and continental competitions.
