Arsenal manager Mikel Arteta has sent scout to Denmark to watch Ghanaian youngster Caleb Yirenkyi against FC Copenhagen on February 14.
The 20-year-old central midfielder has been in fine form for FC Nordsjaelland in the 2025/26;Danish Superligaen scoring twice and providing 5 assists in 18 games.
A host of English clubs including Manchester United, Brighton and Liverpool have showed interest in him but is Arsenal who have stepped up the chase.
Sportsworldghana.com can comfirm that scouts of Arsenal are already in Copenhagen and they will watch the Ghanaian sensation on February 14 against FC Copenhagen.
Yirenkyi current contract at FC Nordjaelland expires on June 30, 2030 and he has a released clause of 20 Million Euros attached to it.
