Kelvin Yeboah has been named in the MLS Team of the Week for Matchday 11 following his standout performance for Minnesota United FC in their dramatic victory over Columbus Crew.
The Italian-Ghanaian forward, who is the nephew of Ghanaian football icon Tony Yeboah, delivered a match-winning brace to inspire Minnesota United to a thrilling comeback away from home. His decisive strike came 15 minutes from time in a five-goal encounter that swung heavily in the visitors’ favour late on.
Yeboah’s double took his tally to six and seven league goals for the 2026 MLS season, underlining his blistering form against the Gold and Black.
His impressive showing earned him a spot in a star-studded Team of the Week, alongside teammate Anthony Markanich and several other standout performers across the league.
Other inclusions feature DC United striker Louis Munteanu, Orlando City SC playmaker Martín Ojeda, and FC Cincinnati midfielder Evander.
Also making the selection are Real Salt Lake’s Diego Luna, New England Revolution captain Carles Gil, and Atlanta United FC winger Saba Lobjanidze.
In defence and goal, Portland Timbers goalkeeper James Pantemis headlines the back line, joined by Reid Roberts of San Jose Earthquakes and Vancouver Whitecaps FC defender Mathías Laborda.
