Black Stars head coach Carlos Queiroz has issued a strong motivational message to his players and the nation with just 40 days remaining before Ghana’s next major assignment.

In a passionate address to the squad, the experienced Portuguese tactician emphasized the importance of focus, discipline, and sacrifice as preparations intensify for the upcoming challenge.

“40 days to honour the pride, passion, and dreams of Ghana,” Queiroz declared.

“Absolute focus. Maximum discipline. Total sacrifice. No distractions. No excuses. Only commitment to excellence.”

Known for his strict standards and attention to detail, Queiroz stressed that success would depend on unity and the collective execution of every aspect of the team’s preparation.

“Think big. Believe big. Be ready to deliver big,” he stated.

“Greatness is a team united on and off the pitch by discipline, sacrifice, and the relentless execution of every small detail together.”

The veteran coach concluded his message with a rallying call aimed at inspiring both players and supporters ahead of the tournament.

“Time to rise for Ghana.”

The statement sets the tone for the Black Stars’ final phase of preparations, with Queiroz demanding total commitment from his squad as Ghana pursue success on the international stage.
