Former Asante Kotoko midfielder Kyei Dwamena has completed a move to Iraqi Premier League side Al-Etisalat SC.
The Ghanaian midfielder joins the Iraqi club after spending the 2025/26 season in the Libyan Premier League, where he continued to build his experience in North African football.
Dwamena previously featured for Asante Kotoko, gaining valuable experience in Ghana’s top flight before taking his career abroad.
The versatile midfielder is known for his energy, ball-winning ability and composure in midfield, qualities that are expected to strengthen Al-Etisalat’s squad ahead of the new Iraqi Premier League campaign.
His move to Iraq represents another step in Dwamena’s international career, having already experienced football in both Ghana and Libya. He will now look to make an immediate impact and establish himself as an important figure in Al-Etisalat’s midfield.
