Ghanaian youngster Emmanuel Quarshie scored his first goal for Radnik Surdulica as the Serbian side claimed their first victory of the 2026/27 Serbian Super Liga season with a 2-1 win over Mačva Šabac.
The 19-year-old midfielder found the back of the net early in the second half, doubling Radnik’s advantage after being set up by fellow Ghanaian Sadick Abubakar, who registered an assist in an impressive display.
Quarshie’s strike proved crucial as Radnik held on to secure all three points and kick-start their league campaign with a much-needed victory.
While Quarshie and Abubakar celebrated an important win, Ghanaian midfielder Adams Hamadu remained an unused substitute for Mačva Šabac throughout the contest.
The goal marks a memorable milestone for Quarshie, who continues to establish himself in Serbian football and will be hoping to build on his promising start with Radnik Surdulica during the 2026/27 season.
