Ghana-eligible forward Gatlin O’Donkor continued his impressive start to the 2026/27 League One season by scoring in Oxford United’s 2-1 victory over Stevenage.
The win marked Oxford United’s first League One triumph of the campaign and the first victory under new head coach Aaron Ramsey.
The 21-year-old striker made an immediate impact after being introduced, finding the back of the net just 25 minutes into his appearance to help secure all three points for his side.
O’Donkor’s performance against Stevenage saw him record one goal in 25 minutes of action while completing 17 touches, highlighting his sharpness and efficiency in the attacking third.
The forward has now featured in two League One matches this season, contributing one goal and one assist, as he continues to make significant progress in English football.
