Ghanaian centre-forward Issah Kuka has been officially unveiled by new club AC Tripoli after joining the Lebanese Premier League side from Al-Abbassieh.
The 24-year-old becomes an AC Tripoli player after leaving Al-Abbassieh on 25 August 2026. Kuka plays as a centre-forward and stands at 1.85m, adding an established senior option to the club’s attack.
Kuka spent the previous season with Al-Abbassieh, having moved there from Ghanaian side Vision FC in September 2025. His arrival at Al-Abbassieh followed a spell with Vision FC that began in August 2024 after he left Hearts of Oak.
He has six goals in 15 Lebanese Premier League appearances. Across his recorded league career, Kuka has also scored 14 times in 65 Premier League matches and twice in 10 appearances in the Prva liga.
The forward’s earlier career included loan spells away from Hearts of Oak. He joined Real Tamale on loan in February 2022 before returning to Hearts of Oak in June 2023. He then moved to FC Shkupi on loan in September 2023, with that spell ending in December of the same year.
Kuka subsequently made his move to Vision FC before switching to Al-Abbassieh, where he spent the 2025-26 season. His latest transfer keeps him in Lebanon but takes him to AC Tripoli, who compete in the Lebanese Premier League.
The move gives AC Tripoli a Ghanaian striker with experience in league football in Ghana, Lebanon and the Prva liga. His record includes 22 goals across 90 recorded league appearances, alongside eight assists.
