The 23-year-old completed the move at a ceremony at Kasımpasa’s Kemerburgaz training complex, where CEO Ceyhun Kazanci oversaw the official signing.
Born in London to Ghanaian parents, Rak-Sakyi began his youth career in Chelsea’s academy before joining Crystal Palace’s setup in 2019 at the age of 16. He progressed rapidly through Palace’s youth ranks, scoring 18 goals in 25 appearances for the under-23s during the 2021–22 season, earning the club’s Under-23 Player of the Season award and finishing as joint-top scorer in Premier League 2.
In August 2022, Rak-Sakyi signed a five-year professional contract with Crystal Palace, committing until 2027, and was immediately loaned to League One side Charlton Athletic for the 2022-23 campaign. He later spent the 2024-25 season on loan at Championship club Sheffield United before joining Caykur Rizespor on a season-long loan in September 2025.
Kasimpasa have welcomed Rak-Sakyi to the squad, wishing him success in the navy-and-white shirt as he embarks on this new chapter in Turkey.
