Antoine Semenyo is expected to remain sidelined until January after Enzo Maresca confirmed that the Ghanaian forward could face up to eight weeks out through injury.
“It could be eight weeks. So now, in this moment, the most important thing for him is to recover,” Maresca said.
The extended absence means Semenyo is unlikely to return to action before January, leaving his team without one of its attacking options for a significant period.
The focus will now be on the Ghana international’s recovery as he works towards regaining full fitness and returning to competitive football.
