Techiman Eleven wonders right-back Kwadwo Amoako has confirmed reports of move to Asante Kotoko.
Reports on Tuesday emerged that the player had started negotiations with CK Akonnor’s side over a transfer move ahead of the 2019/2020 season.
However, the experienced right-back has confirmed holding talks with the Ghanaian powerhouse.
Kojo Amoako has been impressive for Eleven Wonders in the Special Competition attracting interests from several clubs in the domestic league.
“I’m aware of reports linking me to Kotoko and I can confirm talks are far advanced and they’ve been verbal agreement from both sides but the management want us to get done with our game with Kotoko.” Amoako said in an interview on KUMASI FM.
”They send scouts in every game I play and I play perfectly anytime they come around. It is left with the signing of the official contract.
”I must be frank I can’t disclose the number of years I will sign,it is between me and the club.”
