Ghana forward, Richmond Tachie played his part in Borussia Dortmund’s 2-0 win in their first pre-season game against Germany Lower tier side FC Giessen.
The 22-year-old German-born Ghanaian versatile forward was introduced into the game five minutes into the second period of the match.
Tachie played 40 games in the German Regionalliga West and scored 11 goals with 10 assists which helped the BVB II team gain promotion into the Bundesliga 3.
The game was the first under new coach, Marco Rose since he took over from Edin Terzic who won the 2020-21 DFB Pokal for the Yellow and Blacks.
