Asante Kotoko CEO- Nana Yaw Amponsah says his outfit has so far generated almost $900,0000 from Sponsorship deals for the club.
The 2019 Ghana Football Association Presidential candidate adds his management has also reached agreement with some companies over a mega sponsorship deal in the coming days.
The Porcupine Warriors have already secured eight sponsors under Nana Yaw Amponsah’s administration.
These Sponsorships/partnership includes Instats, Veo, Next Level Energy Drink, Hisense Ghana, Cedar Points Pharmaceuticals, StarLife Assurance, CEEK and Ticketlake.
Speaking on Oyerepa TV/Radio, he said “Asante Kotoko brand is bigger and we generate $900,000 in revenue from sponsorship deals,”.
“There are more sponsorship deals in the pipeline. We have reached an agreement with some of them which will be announced in the coming days.”
Asante Kotoko finished second position on the 2020/21 Ghana Premier League season with 57 points.
They were also shockingly kicked out of the FA Cup on Sunday at the Obuasi Len Clay Stadium by Berekum Chelsea via 4-5 penalty shootouts.
