Former Hearts of Oak forward Abednego Tetteh says he will not celebrate should he find the back of the net when his ex-team faces Bibiani GoldStars.
Tetteh has rediscovered his best form since rejoining the Miners and has been one of their best players in the second round of the campaign.
On Saturday, GoldStars welcome the Phobians to Duns Park with the hope of grabbing all three points at home.
Tetteh promised to score against the Phobians but not to celebrate out of respect for the team before the game. He also pleaded with the Phobians to pardon him if he does otherwise.
“I won’t celebrate if I score against Hearts of Oak tomorrow at Duns Park because I have huge respect for them as a former club.”
“I’m hoping to score against them but they should forgive me even if I celebrate after scoring against them,” Tetteh told Wontumi Radio/TV
