Oly Dade and Annor Walker have ended their contract with the Accra-based club confirming it today.
In an official statement released to the press, Great Olympics has confirmed the termination of Annor Walker’s contract with immediate effect.
“Accra Great Olympics and Coach Annor Walker have parted ways. Assistant Coach Jimmy Corbblah has been tasked to temporarily take charge of the team whilst the club settles for a new technical direction within the shortest possible time.
“We wish Coach Daniel Annor Walker all the best in his feature endeavour, wrote Accra Great Olympics.
Oly Dade has struggled throughout the season as they are lying in 12th position after 17 matches. Great Olympics have recorded just 5 wins having drawn 6 and lost 6.
The recent results of Great Olympics called for a reaction as they won just 1 game in 8.
Annor Walker has been with Great Olympics since February 2020 although he took a sick leave in which Yaw Acheampong replaced him for a while.
Great Olympics’s main focus before the commencement of the Second Round of the league is to appoint a permanent manager to save their season.
