Aduana Stars has officially appointed former Ghana international Emmanuel Agyemang-Badu as the club’s International Relations and Pathway Development Officer.

The appointment is part of the club’s renewed focus on creating opportunities for its players to compete and develop on the global stage. The official outdooring of Agyemang-Badu is scheduled to take place after the Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON).

The club’s Chief Executive Officer, Collins Atta Poku, used the occasion to address circulating claims that Aduana Stars restricts its players from moving abroad. He categorically denied these assertions, describing them as false. “The notion that our players are restricted to playing only in Ghana is completely wrong,” he said.

Atta Poku emphasized that Aduana Stars has a clear plan to support players in securing opportunities outside the country. “We are fully committed to providing a structured pathway for our players to grow and compete internationally,” he added.

Under Agyemang-Badu’s leadership, the club intends to strengthen international networks, engage with foreign clubs, and create platforms that allow Aduana Stars’ players to showcase their talent beyond Ghana.

This strategic move reflects Aduana Stars’ long-term vision to nurture talent and ensure that its players have access to broader football opportunities, positioning the club as a launchpad for careers both locally and internationally.
