With just 28 days to commence the 2023 AFCON, CAF has announced that it has received a record application from Media houses from the world over.
The biggest football festival in Africa will take place in Ivory Coast beginning from 13th January 2024 through to 11th February 2024.
CAF receives record numbers of Media Accreditation Applications for TotalEnergies Africa Cup of Nations to be hosted by Cote d’Ivoire.
“The Confédération Africaine de Football (CAF) has received over 5,000 media accreditation applications for the TotalEnergies CAF Africa Cup of Nations Cote d’Ivoire 2023 – 90% more than the Cameroon 2021 edition” CAF announced.
The media accreditation process closed on 24 November 2023. CAF has revealed that Over 70 nationalities have applied to cover Africa’s biggest event.
Journalists from all corners of the world are expected to give extensive coverage of the 2023 AFCON.
