Black Stars forward Jordan Ayew returned to Crystal Palace training ahead of weekend clash with Liverpool FC.
The Ghanaian forward had a full training with his teammates on Friday morning and is in line to feature in Patrick Vieira’s team as they face the 2020 champions.
The 30-year-old attacker was one of the flopped players at the Africa Cup of Nations tournament in Cameroon as the Black Stars exited at the group stage.
“We don’t know, we still have a couple of days before the game. He was in today and took part in the first part of training. We will have a discussion tomorrow [Saturday] to find out how he’s feeling,” said Vieira following the arrival of the forward.
The Ghanaian is an important player for the Eagles and could at least make the bench for the tough game.
