Burkinabe striker Ahmed Toure has dragged Ghanaian premier league side Medeama SC to world football governing body (FIFA), over what he termed as unfair treatment.
Toure who is affectionately called “Simba” joined the Tarkwa based club in January 2021 on a two-year deal as a free agent and led the team as their top marksman.
The prolific attacker was handed sponsorship by the yellow and mauves last season for disrespecting coach Abdul Umar Rabi after he had been earlier fined 1,500 cedis for bad conduct.
Toure who is not pleased with the suspension the club handed him as he claimed he heard an issue and confronted the coach wants FIFA to settle the matter and has therefore reported Medeama to the global football body.
