Ghanaian star midfielder Mohammed Kudus has earned plaudits from his manager Alfred Schreuder following his performance against Rangers.
The manager revealed that why he decided to start the Ghana star ahead of Brian Brobbey against the Scottish team.
We also saw Kudus a few times as an attacker in the preparation,” Schreuder told Ziggo Sport.
“From the right and into the tip. I think he is a very ball-resistant player, he can turn briefly and is maneuverable. Today the choice for him, Brian has also played many matches. Kudus hasn’t played that much, but I think he can do this very well,”
“If you’re going to play in between, who’s going to pick him up? He also has the ability to turn away. Afterwards we can see whether it was a good choice,” he added.
Kudus scored and also provided an assist in his team’s 4-0 victory banging the Man-Of-The-Match award.
