Dutch giants Ajax Amsterdam have released Ghanaian attacking midfielder Gabriel Misehouy after 12 years together.
Misehouy, 18 joined Ajax as a six-year old from OSV in the summer of 2012 and has progressed through the academy system up to the Team B which plays in the Challenger Pro League.
His contract expires on June 30, 2024 but he has already been released by the club.
Misehuoy featured in 13 second tier league games for Ajax this season scoring 7 goals and providing 3 assists.
He is said to be a transfer target of various teams including Sparta Rotterdam, Lille and Anderlecht in Belgium.
He has been capped once by Belgium at U19 level and is eligible to play for Ghana.
