King Faisal FC owner, Alhaji Grusah has urged the vetting committee of the Ghana Football Association to carry out their duties without any bias.
It was widely reported in the media space that Kurt Okraku will go unopposed as the vetting committee are bent on disqualifying George Afriyie from contesting in the race.
Reacting to these reports, Alhaji Grusah who has placed an injunction on the elections due to some irregularities reminded the vetting committee members that their integrity is at stake.
“Before Daily Guide published this we heard rumors about it that this is what the story is you know that rumours can be true. So as a father of all we won’t sit down for this to happen in Ghana football.”
“Those doing the interview the committee I want to advise them I don’t know how they were selected but I know that their dignity is why they were selected they should do the correct thing,” he said on Peace FM.
The GFA elections was initially scheduled for October 2023 before Alhaji Grusah placed an injunction on the process.
