France-based Ghana defender Alidu Seidu has made it to Qatar 2022 FIFA World Cup tournament after justifying his inclusion in Japan earlier this year.
The Clermont Foot 63 FC defender played for Ghana at the 2022 Kirin Four Nations Tournament in Japan when the Black Stars finished third by beating Chile on penalties.
After that game, Ghana’s coach Otto Addo spoke fondly of the player and his inclusion for the FIFA Mundial comes as no surprise to many fans in the country.
He’s a regular Center-back for the French Ligue 1 side and has played in every game when fit for his club.
