Former captain of Asante Kotoko Amos Frimpong has reacted to the rate at which Ghanaian clubs – especially Hearts of Oak and Asante Kotoko – are signing non-Ghanaian footballers.
“If Ghanaian clubs identify some quality players elsewhere I think they can sign them to help their teams.” Amos Frimpong told Ezra FM 94.1 in Kumasi.
“However the fact that Kotoko , Hearts of Oak are signing a lot of non-Ghanaian players does not mean we don’t have equally good players here. Ghana has enough soccer talents but as I said if those foreign players are upgrades then I see no reason to be against their signing” Amos said to Ezra FM 94.1 in Kumasi.
