Ghana captain Andre Ayew has reached 200 games in the French Ligue 1 with his latest outing for Le Havre on Friday night.
The 34-year-old played the entire game as his team lost 1-0 to Nice, and their quest to stay in the French top division continues.
Andre Ayew made 200 Ligue 1 matches for three clubs, beginning with Olympique Marseille, then moving on loan to Lorient before returning to France with Le Havre in November 2023.
He boasts 160 appearances for Marseille, where he launched his professional career, tallying 44 goals.
During his loan spell at Lorient, Andre participated in 22 Ligue 1 matches and netted three goals.
After departing France in 2015, he returned last November to join newly-promoted Le Havre, featuring in 18 games thus far and finding the net five times.
Across his 200 appearances, Andre Ayew has amassed a total of 52 goals and provided 19 assists.
His 200 appearances exceed his father Abedi Pele’s by two, while he has also outscored his father by ten goals and assisted five times more.
