English Premier League side and UEFA Champions League chasers Arsenal FC have confirmed the recent injury of star midfielder Thomas Partey.
Ghana’s deputy captain, Thomas Partey picked up a fresh injury in Arsenal’s humiliating defeat at Crystal Palace FC on Monday night in the English Premier League week 30 clash.
The Ghanaian international was not in his element on the night as he gave away possession 10 times in the first half which caused his team some problems in the match.
“Right thigh. Thomas is currently being assessed ahead of the weekend after aggravating his thigh during Monday night’s match at Crystal Palace”, the team confirmed.
He could be out of the team’s upcoming game this weekend following the unfortunate thigh injury he sustained during the defeat at Crystal Palace FC.
