Owner of Ghana Premier League side Kumasi King Faisal FC, Alhaji Karim Grusah says inviting Asamoah Gyan to play for Ghana would create problems at camp.
According to him, the player has paid his dues and must realize that he has done his part for the country.
This comment comes after Asamoah Gyan revealed his desire to play at the 2022 FIFA World Cup tournament in Qatar later this year.
“If the coach invites him, there will be a problem. Baba Yara did not play at the World Cup. Osei Kofi did not play at the World Cup so Gyan should realize that he has done his part,” the King Faisal bankrolled said in an interview.
Alhaji Grusah added,“I’m against Asamoah Gyan playing at the World Cup because he claims we scored a soft goal against South Africa, if we hadn’t scored the soft goal, would we have qualified?” he quizzed.
“He can’t play at the World Cup. He can’t be like Roger Milla,”
