Asante Kotoko have announced the mutual termination of the contract of defender Mohammed Nurudeen, ahead of the start of the upcoming 2024/25.
The 31-year-old joined the Porcupine Warriors last season on a three-year contract but has opted to prioritise his nursing career over football.
Despite being a key player for the club and having a two-year contract, Kotoko have agreed to release Nurudeen after failing to secure a permanent transfer for him to Kumasi.
