Asante Kotoko secured a 2-1 victory over Vision Football Club in a pre-season friendly on Sunday afternoon at the Cape Coast Stadium, as they prepare for the upcoming 2024/25 Ghana Premier League season.
The record Ghanaian champions put in a strong performance, with midfielder Albert Amoah scoring a first-half brace that ultimately sealed the win for the Porcupine Warriors.
Despite a spirited effort from Vision FC, their only goal came in the second half from a penalty converted by Issah Kuka.
