Asante Kotoko Sporting Club has been fined GHS 20,000 by the Ghana Football Association (GFA) Disciplinary Committee for misconduct during a Ghana Premier League match.
According to the decision, the Club was found guilty of the inappropriate behaviour of its supporters towards match officials in their league game against Dreams FC. The actions of the fans were considered unacceptable and against the rules of the competition.
The GFA has directed Asante Kotoko to pay the fine within fourteen (14) days from the date they were officially informed of the decision.
