Former Accra Hearts of Oak captain Amankwah Mireku, has admitted that rivals Asante Kotoko have a good team on paper ahead of Sunday’s big game at the Accra Sports Stadium.
The Phobians who defending champions of the ongoing 2021/22 Ghana Premier League will host their rival, the Porcupine Warriors at the Accra Sports Stadium in an outstanding Ghana Premier League week seven fixture.
“Asante Kotoko undoubtedly, have a good team on paper going into Sunday’s game against Hearts of Oak but I believe with hard work and determination, Hearts will be able to win the game to make the fans happy, it’s very possible,” he told Oyerepa Sports.
Kotoko sit on top of the league log with 36 points while Hearts of Oak who have been struggling sit 8th with 24 points.
Amankwah Mireku was part of the ‘Phobians’ 64 Battalions that clinched the CAF Champions League 22 years ago.
