The super clash between Kumasi Asante Kotoko and Accra Hearts of Oak on Sunday, April 10, 2022 generated close to GHS600,000 Ghana cedis in gate proceeds according to Ego tickets CEO George Festus Mensah.
George Festus Mensah on Monday, April 11 confirmed the amount to Kumasi based Oyerepa FM.

The amount raked in from the gate proceeds has now become the club’s league game record in terms of highest amount raised from a game since 2018.
