Asante Kotoko Technical Director, Malik Jabir, has affirmed that the team’s primary objective for the 2024/25 season is to win the Ghana Premier League title.
The Porcupine Warriors have regained their form in recent weeks, delivering an impressive run of four wins and a draw in their last five matches. This resurgence has seen them climb to 4th place on the league table with 28 points after 16 games.
In an interview with Kessben FM, Jabir made it clear that the team is fully focused on claiming the top-flight trophy. When asked if the club was targeting the league title, he responded confidently, “That’s our aim.”
Asante Kotoko will next host league newcomers Vision FC at the Baba Yara Stadium on Sunday in their matchday 17 fixture.
