Veteran midfielder Asiedu Attobrah has made a celebrated return to New Edubiase United ahead of the 2024/25 football season, signing with the National Division One League club with the clear goal of helping them secure promotion to the Ghana Premier League.

The 28-year-old officially rejoined his teammates on Thursday, September 26, participating in a team photo session as they prepare for the upcoming campaign.

Attobrah previously played a pivotal role for New Edubiase United from 2008 to 2009, where he quickly established himself as one of Ghana’s brightest football talents.

His standout performances earned him moves to Ashanti Gold, Belgian side K.V. Kortrijk, and Iraqi club Al Shorta. Now back at his former club, Attobrah’s return is seen as a significant boost to New Edubiase’s ambitions.

Club leadership has expressed confidence that Attobrah’s experience and quality will play a crucial role in their pursuit of promotion this season.
