Ghanaian forward Asumah Abubakar has officially parted ways with Australian side Brisbane Roar and will not be part of the squad for the upcoming 2025/26 A-League Men season.
Abubakar made a strong impression during his short stint with the club, scoring 4 goals and providing 2 assists in just 12 appearances.
Despite being offered a new multi-year contract by the Roar, the 27-year-old has chosen to move on in search of a new challenge in his career.
His next destination remains unknown, but his performances in Australia have certainly raised interest from clubs abroad.
