Ghanaian defender Abdul Baba Rahman has revealed that he could have featured for Arsenal instead of Chelsea at some point in his career.
Rahman revealed that he was set to trial for the Gunners at a very young age but he missed out because he didn’t have a visa to the UK.
“I missed out on the trial because I didn’t have a visa to the UK,” explained the full-back about nearly heading to the Emirates.

“That’s when I was much younger, maybe 16. I got denied a visa, but one way or another I found myself in London.,” he added on Chelsea Chronicle.
Rahman is expected to start for the Black Stars as they play Portugal in the World Cup on November 24.
