Belgian-born Ghanaian attacker Francis Amuzu, provided an assist for RSC Anderlecht in their 3-0 win against Oostende in the Belgian Jupiler League on Sunday night.
The 22-year old was introduced in the game in the 72nd minute to replace Lior Refaelov and produced a brilliant assist to aid his side’s sweet victory
Anderlecht took the lead in the second half after a barren first half. Israeli forward Lior Refaelov struck in the 50th minute to cheer the home fans.
Yari Verschaeren increased the hosts lead to 2-0 in the 78th minute with a fine strike after he was set up by Ivorian youngster Christian Michael Kouamé Kouakou.
With eight minutes to bring the entire proceedings to an end, Amuzu set up Benito Raman to register the third goal for Anderlecht in their 3-0 commanding victory at the Lotto Park.
So far this season, Ashimeru has made 27 appearances for Anderlecht and scored four times in the process.
Meanwhile, Majeed Ashimeru, continued his quality and impressive form at Anderlecht in his team’s heavy win.
