RC Lens midfielder Salis Abdul Samed has reacted to his side’s victory over Paris Saint-Germain in the French Ligue 1 on New Year’s Day.
The Ghanaian was heavily involved as Lens handed PSG their first league defeat of the season as they hosted the league leaders.
Samed was impressive once again in the middle of the park as he recorded 11 ball recoveries and completed all of his tackles in the encounter on Sunday.
As has been the case also this season, the 22-year-old completed 46 of his 50 attempted passes with Lens going on to secure a 3-1 victory.
The win sees Lens now go just four points behind PSG after 17 games played and gives them a chance of catching up with the Paris-based side.
Samed shared a post on social media after the game as he reacted to his first game of the year.
