Ghana’s Black Stars head coach Milovan Rajevac has been sacked.
Our outfit can, however, report that an interim head coach will be appointed soon by the country’s football governing body.
This comes following the Black Stars disastrous Afcon campaign in Cameroon.
Ghana’s campaign ended in the group stage after taking just one point from three games in Group C, playing against Morocco, Gabon and Comoros respectively.
The Black Stars finished bottom in the group standings and turned out to be the poorest campaign the four-time champions have seen since their maiden appearance at the continental event.
Meanwhile, the Ministry of Youth and Sports, have directed the Ghana Football Association to reconstitute a new management committee team to commence preparations for the Qatar 2022 FIFA World Cup playoffs in March.
