Black Stars deputy coach Didi Dramani urges Ghanaian clubs to invest well in youth development

The Black Stars assistant coach wants Ghanaian clubs to take the development of youth players seriously to help them get quality materials.

According to the former Asante Kotoko manager, good investment in youth teams help to create success rather than buying success.

“It’s important to create success rather than buying success, our clubs should invest in youth development,” He said on Kumasi-based Oyerepa FM.

Commenting further, the former Nordjaelland FC transitional coach indcated that the establishment of strong youth teams would go a long way to impact the country’s junior national teams positively.

“We encourage our clubs in Ghana to constitute stronger youth systems to help the development of players and also make our national teams more competitive,”
