Black Stars assistant coach George Boateng met with Ghanaian newbie Antoine Semenyo at Bristol City FC on Tuesday evening.
The young Ghanaian striker linked up after the game with the Black Stars deputy coach who’s touring Europe to monitor the progress of the players.
George Boateng has been tasked by the Ghana Football Association monitor the performance of Ghanaian players ahead of the 2022 FIFA World Cup tournament in Qatar next month.
Semenyo provided an assist for the second goal of the match when he set up Nahki Wells to score to make it 2-0 to Bristol at West Bromich Albion just before the half time whistle.
He lasted 77 minutes on the field of play before he was substituted and replaced by Chris Martin with just 13 minutes to the end of the match.
The 22-year-deal Ghana forward has three goals and two assists in 11 matches this season in the English Championship.
