Ghanaian striker Antoine Semenyo marked his third goal contribution in the English Premier League as Bournemouth secured a victory at Bramall Lane against Sheffield United.
The 23-year-old played a pivotal role by assisting Marcus Tarvenier just 12 minutes into the game, breaking the deadlock for the visitors.
Justin Kluivert extended Bournemouth’s lead with a goal right before half-time, and Tavernier added his second six minutes into the second half.
Semenyo, having played a significant part, was substituted in the 66th minute for Luis Sinesterra, as Bournemouth maintained their commanding lead.
Although Oli McBurnie scored a late goal in stoppage time for the hosts, it wasn’t enough to alter the outcome.
Throughout the season, the Ghanaian international has been a key asset for Andoni Iraola, making ten appearances in the league.
