Mavis Owusu, the Black Queens striker, made a significant impact on the Saudi Arabian football scene, leading Al Hilal Women to a resounding victory over Al Suqur.
Owusu, showcasing her remarkable talent, scored three goals, securing a memorable hat-trick that resonated throughout the stadium. Al Hilal Women triumphed 4-0 against Al Suqur in the Saudi Women’s FA Cup.
Since joining Al Hilal from Ghanaian champions Ampem Darkoa Ladies in October, Owusu has maintained excellent form, marking her first career hat-trick in Saudi Arabia.
Al Hilal is now one of the eight teams remaining in the competition, along with Al Fawz, Al Shabab, Al-Ahly, Al-Qadisiyah, Eastern Flame, Al Riyadh, and Al-Ittihad.
