The Communications Director of the Ghana Football Association (GFA), Henry Asante Twum, says the Black Stars are fully focused and determined ahead of their friendly matches against Japan and South Korea.
Ghana will play Japan in the 2025 Kirin Cup on Friday, November 14, at the Toyota Stadium, with kick-off set for 10:20 a.m., before facing South Korea on Tuesday, November 18, in Seoul.
Asante Twum noted that even though some key players were not called up for the matches, the team remains committed to performing well.
“The games against Japan and South Korea will be tough, and we’re not taking them lightly at all,” he told Sporty FM.
“We want to see players who are hungry and will fight for the Black Stars,” he added.
All invited players have reported to camp and will hold their final training session today ahead of the match on Friday.
