Ghana Premier League defending champions Accra Hearts of Oak SC have confirmed that the Ghana Football Association have postponed their match against Techiman XI Wonders FC.
The Phobians have been struck hard by an unknown disease according to the club officials for the past few days, even before the Gold Stars FC clash.
Despite the fact, the Rainbow Boys honoured and beat their opponents by a lone goal at the Accra Sports Stadium on Wednesday afternoon.

According to the club’s statement, the match had been postponed upon an advice from the Ghana Health Services (GHS).
The statement reads “Our match against Eleven Wonders has been postponed following advice from the Ghana Health Service. According to the GHS they are still investigating the cause of the illness that affected the Hearts of Oak team.”
Hearts of Oak SC are fourth on the league table after 29 matches but will not honour their week 30 game against the relegation threnghened team.
